Model of the Week - Anja Rubik

Anja Rubik (born Anna Rubik on 12 June 1983 in Rzeszów, Poland) is a Polish model.
Rubik and her family left Poland in 1988 and lived in Greece, Canada, and Umtata, South Africa. She used to study in a primary and secondary school in Częstochowa, Poland. Rubik was introduced to modeling while attending a British high school in Paris. She wanted to finish her schooling before officially becoming a model, and so only worked on school holidays. Her mother, father and sister still reside in Poland.

Rubik began her modeling career soon after graduating from high school. She has been featured on the covers of various magazines, including French, Korean, Latin American, Japanese, Spanish, Australian, and German Vogue, Korean and French Numéro, Nylon and Elle. She has modeled for such designers/brands as Givenchy, Chloé, Christian Dior, Hermès, Valentino, Gucci, H&M, GAP, Lanvin, Balmain, Belstaff, Armani, Lacoste, DKNY, Barneys New York, Jimmy Choo, Estee Lauder, Roberto Cavalli, and Chanel. She has also done haute couture for Valentino, Chanel, Christian Lacroix and Elie Saab.
